Commercial Components Delivery Options
Orders Placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day via our courier or postal service on a 1-3 day service depending on YOUR SELECTION AT CHECKOUT.
Delivery is 2-3 working days on a signed for service - tracking can be provided upon request.
Next day is via APC couriers and requires signing for and to UK Mainland postcodes only. Remember to select option at checkout as not our standard free delivery service!
Sometimes we may need more information about your order and we reserve the right to place an order on hold pending further discussion and details. We reserve the right to refuse and refund an order.
Although we do our best to stock high demand items When an item is is out of stock or unavailable, a member of the parts team will contact you with an estimated timescale for delivery or a option for a full refund.
Customers in Staffordshire & Midlands Regions

Delivery to Outside Mainland UK (or Scottish Highlands)
If you want something delivered to somewhere hard to get to, for example anywhere outside UK Mainland (such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) or in the Scottish Highlands - we will try our best to get your product to you in the most economical way. It's likely we will get in touch with you to discuss delivery options.

Delivery Charges
Our rates are based on weight, if there is an issue with the selected shipping method, we will call you to advise of any additional charges.
Outside of the UK, Scotland, and Ireland may be subject to a surcharge. Which will be calculated at the checkout.
Stock Control
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you. We will advise you on the lead times and adjust your order as necessary.
Click & Collect
You can collect any item from our branch just select this at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will call you to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Commercial Components. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping, handling or other charges).
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Please Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Shipping, handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Support department at 01827 426426.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
- Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
- Items purchased at our online store may not be returned to a retail store.
- Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Support Representative within 30 days of delivery at 01827 426 426.
Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.
Commercial Components will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Support, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Support team immediately at 01827 426426. Please have your order number available when you call.
